Our History

Shreveport Communications is based in a 5200 square foot service center providing drive up mobile installation and repair. In-house portable repair service is also available with our large, screened portable repair areas. Our fleet of equipped service vans provides system support to customers throughout our service coverage area encompassing Northwest Louisiana, East Texas, and Southwest Arkansas.

Emergency service is provided to our contract customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With a goal of providing routine response to service calls in less than 4 hours, our dedication to customer service is strong.

Shreveport Communications, an authorized Motorola Service Center since January 1, 1960, has served the Ark-La-Tex communication needs now for over 50 years. As this areas industry leader, we have the privilege to support a wide array of communication systems.

The success of Shreveport Communications, and our sister company, Faith Communications of Marshall, can be attributed in part, to our personnel, dedication to training and our commitment to customers.
